Lock the Gate Films:

Check out the groundbreaking film about fracking in Australia from the Lock the Gate Alliance: Fractured Country: An Unconventional Invasion. This half-hour documentary is a must-see for anybody who's wondering what a full-scale unconventional gas industry might mean for WA - but also for those looking for inspiration and ideas to keep our state frack-free. You can also watch this film as short 5 minute webisode segments here.

Wyoming rancher John Fenton has visited Australia to warn Australian communities about the dangers of fracking.

Watch his compelling personal testimony from his visit in 2015 in which he documents the terrible toll that unconventional gas operations in his local area had on his family and community. A longer version of this presentation is available here.

Other programs:

IN 2013 ABC's Four Corners program broadcast a feature on Fracking in Australia. They looked at whats happening as the coal seam gas industry rapidly expanded across southern Queensland, filming paddock dams that catch fire, polluted land and local residents affected by ill health.

60 minutes have also filmed a hard hitting story on fracking. This video documents the struggle between landholders and government backed takeover of land by mining companies.

Check out this short film from the Gasfield Free Declaration Day held in the town of Irwin in June 2015. (Thanks to Jane Hammond for putting this together.)
